About AGENDA

The AGENDA system was developed when a need for an automatization of gathering the daily reports had risen. Every company large enough to outnumber a single dog breed needs their employees to waste their well-paid time in such a paperwork, and that amount of time should be minimized. |
First of all we turned our attention to the existing solutions in the field of team-management and project-tracking solutions. Were we satisfied with them? As you might guess we were not and that is why: either a solution is too expensive for what they offer, or they are oriented to a specific OS/platform, either their interface wasn't too flexible or they simply fail to satisfy our demands.
So our system had to be able to perfom the following:
- generating the reports about employees' and their teams' tasks;
- the project state changes automatic notification for the employees envolved;
- managing the tasks of the employees and their teams;
- working time calculation for each employee;
- summary reports generation:
- about project states and its quantity
- about employees' business
- financial reports
System advantages are:
- it is very cheap because of open source technologies it uses
- there's no additional software for the employees required to install
- interface language may be easily changed
(it has english and russian versions already) - it is accessible from nearly everywhere
- it is versatile and flexible and suits everyone's need
(we used MVC concept - Modeller, Viewer, Controller)
